Dwayne Peters was born and raised in Jamaica Queens, NY. Dwayne is the founder and owner of Bars & Hoops LLC. Bars & Hoops was established back in the year of 2016. Dwayne’s passion and love for music and sports led to the creation of this innovative brand and platform.

My passion has also led to a variety of outlets, namely the creation of the Bars & Hoops Community Outreach Group. Bars & Hoops Community Outreach Group is a non profit organization that was created to provide recreational outlets for children namely through basketball by way of the Bars & Hoops Roundball Classic. The Bars & Hoops Roundball Classic is an annual tournament that hosts tournaments for children between the ages of 9 - 17.

Dwayne is also the CEO of Bars & Hoops Radio. Bars & Hoops Radio is a group led initiative created to serve as a media outlet for those looking to use their voice as a tool to galvanize and motivate brothers and sisters in our communities.

Bars & Hoops Radio is a full fledged 24 hour 7 day a week radio station that also offers live & pre-recorded music and podcast hosting services. We are always looking to incorporate motivated youth as interns to teach them the business of audio and digital media.
